Karen M. Montas was born in the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and moved to the United States at the age of eleven.

Karen has been involved in civil trial litigation since 2002. She spent the first seven years of her career representing individuals and insurance companies. After the opportunity to learn the legal operations of insurance companies. Karen and her family moved to Brevard County. Here, she dedicates all of her time to helping the injured.

Karen earned her undergraduate degree in 1998 and her law degree in 2002 from Nova Southeastern University. She is admitted to practice in all State Courts as well as the three United States District Courts in the State of Florida.

Karen is an active member of the Children's Hunger Project, Brevard Cultural Alliance and Lifepoint Church.
